About the Role

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join its Surgical and Respirology Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a caseload of patients with varying diagnoses and complex needs, using evidence-based practice and client-centered principles.

The successful candidate will work within Surgery, supporting the following patient specialties: Vascular, Gastro, Head and Neck, Gynae, and General Surgery. They will participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of clinical practice and service development within the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions in a defined clinical setting
  • Manage a caseload of patients with varying diagnoses and complex needs
  • Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of clinical practice and service development
  • Ensure development of staff and students through supervision, training, and appraisal
