Physiotherapist - Community Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Specialist. The successful candidate will work with patients in their place of residence, providing specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and review.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients with neurological, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, care of the elderly, respiratory, and falls conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in 7-day working rotas to ensure delivery of key services.
Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physiotherapy practice, with experience working in community settings. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare teams.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid annual leave.
