Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Planned Community Therapy Service in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional community-based therapy to adults, promoting independence and improving quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering patient-centred care and a commitment to supporting the development of others. You will work closely with a dynamic team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive service to patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver community-based physiotherapy services to adults in Coventry
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care
  • Support the development of others, including students
  • Participate in service development projects and attend regular in-service training
