Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced HRIS specialist to join their team as an AVP Workday Specialist. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Workday, specifically in HCM, Advanced Compensation, Security, and Reporting, as well as Recruitment, Absence, Performance, and Talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of HRIS specialists
- Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement continuous evaluation processes
- Mentor and support the wider team
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure data accuracy
