The Event Coordination Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors, meeting and greeting, covering Reception duties, answering calls, responding to queries, handling enquiries, and liaising with customers from initial contact to post-event evaluation.

This varied role will also involve supporting the Events Team Leader in the delivery of events, including setting up rooms, assisting with IT connectivity, and catering requirements. The individual will communicate effectively with customers using various methods, such as face-to-face, phone, email, text, and social media, demonstrating an enthusiastic and friendly approach to both internal and external customers.

The Event Coordination Assistant will have access to experienced staff who will support them in completing their Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship. This opportunity will enable them to learn about various processes and systems while working alongside a talented team.
