About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at Woodbury Park - The Club Company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £11.94 per hour and a minimum of 40 hours worked per week.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a flair for creativity, and experience in event planning or coordination, particularly in weddings or similar events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day.
  • Wedding Planning: Develop comprehensive wedding plans that include timelines, vendor selections, and budget management.
  • Event Logistics: Manage on-the-day logistics, including setup and breakdown of the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or requests promptly during the planning phase and on the wedding day.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist in fundraising activities for weddings that may require additional financial support or sponsorship.
