As an Associate Director of Biopharmaceutical Development, you'll play a pivotal role in conceiving and developing life-changing treatments for serious diseases with unmet medical need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-complexity projects, leveraging collaborations with Flagship platform companies to drive innovation.
  • Think strategically at the asset and portfolio level, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop integrated development plans and ensure execution and tracking of critical activities for project teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partnership goals and activities.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding potential partnership initiatives and market expansion strategies.
Requirements:
  • PhD, Master's, or BS/BA/MBA degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years' experience in drug discovery development or scientific, functional experience.
  • 6+ years' drug development project management experience.
  • Scientific/research background, preferably with experience in Metabolic, Immunology, CV, and/or renal disease area(s).
  • Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical landscape, including key players, emerging trends, and technological advancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
