Job Title: Associate Director, Asset Management

Bicycle Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that is revolutionizing the field of medicine with its innovative approach to drug development. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Asset Management to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our global talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and workforce plans.
  • Lead and mentor a small but high-performing talent acquisition team to ensure the delivery of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all functions and geographies.
  • Collaborate with the HR Head, leadership team, and finance to understand resourcing and capability needs and develop a robust hiring plan.
  • Shape and implement Bicycle's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and deliver employer branding initiatives that position the company as a desirable biopharma employer for top talent.
  • Provide external talent insights that contribute to workforce planning and decision-making, including talent mapping and market analysis.
  • Develop an approach to a more flexible resourcing model, including contingent workers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Provide talent acquisition insights and metrics to HR and leadership, including inputs into HR dashboard/reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable talent acquisition team leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-touch, boutique TA offerings and scale-up and high-volume recruitment planning and delivery.
  • Strong technical talent acquisition skills, including sourcing strategy, EVP development, permanent and contingent hiring, talent mapping/insights, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to take an enterprise-first view and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Life sciences sector experience, although complex and highly competitive 'adjacent' industries will be considered.
  • International TA experience and appreciation for broader HR disciplines, including talent management, reward, and HR operations.
