Key Responsibilities
- Manage primary day-to-day client relationships and oversee agricultural, commercial, and residential property portfolios.
- Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and performance, as well as manage estate employees effectively.
- Provide practical, reasoned advice to clients on optimizing their assets.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the rural sector, with project management, planning, and development expertise.
- RICS Registered Valuer status is advantageous.
- Confident, organized, and professional demeanor, with excellent networking, selling, and presentation skills.
- Strong financial management capabilities and exceptional people skills and communication.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and team-oriented, with a commercially astute and hands-on approach.
