Senior Associate Director, Rural Land Management

We are seeking an exceptional individual to become a key member of our Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in the Eastern Region. As a Senior Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in the management of Rural Estates and provide professional rural advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as principal agent for a selection of estate management clients and ensure the achievement of key client deliverables.
- Undertake estate and farming business reviews.
- Handle diversification projects.
- Oversee day-to-day management of the assets and progress strategic objectives.
- Secure lending and other professional valuations.
- Adhere to internal and client process and compliance standards.
- Competent and experienced MRICS qualified rural surveyor with experience of delivering work across a range of projects.
- Demonstrate team leadership potential, staff management, and potentially running a local office within the region.
- Capable of building relationships with existing and new clients and generating new opportunities.
- Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, and clients.
- Confident manner with clients and the team.
- Flexible approach to work and hours undertaken.
- An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion.
