Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Business Growth Manager to join our operations department at Griffin Fire. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with elite university professors and students, diagnosing and solving important pains.
About the Position:
- Diagnose and resolve critical issues with academic professionals
- Develop bespoke business analytics dashboards to inform strategic decisions
- Drive growth by increasing module penetration among existing clients
- Implement systematic cost attribution using machine learning techniques
- Design and build tools to optimize job performance
- Identify and address emerging operational needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to interact with academic professionals and diagnose critical issues
- Develop and maintain bespoke business analytics dashboards to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and increase module penetration
- Implement machine learning-driven cost attribution system
- Design and build tools to enhance job efficiency
