Front Office Manager Associate

The Hilton Watford Hotel is seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Front Office Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Front Office department, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in supervising the Front Office Team to deliver exceptional Guest experiences from check-in through check-out.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector, high level of IT proficiency, commercial awareness, sales capabilities, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, accountability, resilience, commitment to delivering high customer service levels, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
- Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Recognise regular and VIP Guests, and operate the Front Office department with a sales attitude promoting the hotel brand's loyalty scheme.
- Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures with the Front Office Manager.
- Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments.
- Conduct monthly communication meetings and produce minutes.
