Revenue Growth Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team, responsible for leading our planned maintenance operations in Hertfordshire and London. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our revenue growth, managing a commercial team to deliver contracts worth £20m.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver commercial operations on a portfolio of planned maintenance contracts
- Manage a commercial team to achieve targeted profit margins
- Develop strong relationships with customers, consultants, and the supply chain
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Previous experience working in social housing contracting
- Contract law knowledge
Salary and Benefits:
