Re-Entry Program Manager for Healthcare Specialists

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional to coordinate our return-to-practice program and facilitate the reinstatement of healthcare specialists into our NHS teams.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the return-to-practice program, including scheduling clinical placements and arranging supervision sessions
- Developing and implementing strategies to engage and support returning Allied Health Professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for returning staff
