**Respiratory Physiotherapy Practitioner**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our team in Somerset. As a key member of our Pulmonary Rehabilitation service, you will work closely with other health professionals to deliver evidence-based care to patients with respiratory diagnoses.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, with the ability to assess, monitor, and review the physical, social, and psychological needs of patients. They will also have the skills to develop and implement care plans, work autonomously, and make decisions.
This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, with a focus on promoting health improvements and supporting goal setting. You will also need to be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
