About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at the Structural Engineering Alliance Group in London (Central). As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting our services and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our engineering services and processes.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of cost estimation and project management.
  • Prior experience working with historic buildings is highly desirable.
