We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as a Dementia Support Professional, responsible for providing person-centred care and promoting the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
As a member of our Care Team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver care that meets the individual needs of our residents, enhancing their quality of life and wellbeing.
We offer a comprehensive training programme, including online courses certified by Health Education England, to support your professional development and revalidation.
