Pharmaceutical Care Leader in Cancer and Aseptics

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our cancer and aseptics services. The successful candidate will have significant post-registration experience and evidence of delivering pharmacy services to a broad range of specialties.
The role involves working closely with clinical teams to understand patients' medication history and clinical needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a clinical prescribing service to cancer patients under clinical supervision.
Key Requirements:
- Significant post-registration experience in a similar role.
- Evidence of delivering pharmacy services to a broad range of specialties.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide leadership as required.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
