Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Pediatric Nurse Leader to join our leadership team at Leaders in Care. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to children and their families, developing and implementing care plans, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for each client.
  2. Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  3. Conduct regular assessments of clients' physical and psychological needs, adjusting care plans accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  5. Maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  6. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to enhance service quality and effectiveness.
Compensation Package
  • Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Car allowance of £3,000 annually.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including two days per week working from home and three days in the community.
  • Standard Monday to Friday (9-5) working hours.
  • 33 days annual leave.
