Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator in the Cancer Care & Haematology Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative communications, including telephone enquiries and personal callers.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation from admission to discharge for use by the nursing team.
  • Oversee the supply of patient information leaflets for the ward area.

Your Background:

  • Degree-educated in English or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in office/reception environments.
  • Excellent keyboard skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
