Financial Operations Coordinator

The Accounts Assistant will work closely with a small and busy Finance team to ensure the financial operations of the business are performed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This role provides a unique opportunity for someone wishing to gain broad accounts experience in a growing organization.
Main Responsibilities:
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Performing daily sales administration, accounts receivables, and accounts payables tasks.
- Performing reconciliations and providing support to the finance team as and when required.
- Ensuring cash allocations and data quality.
- Dealing with external queries from suppliers and customers, and assisting with internal queries from operations, sales, marketing, and compliance teams as and when required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance administration, accounts payables or accounts receivables. Intermediate Excel skills with proven ability to enhance existing worksheets are also required. Experience with using Xero and Sage50 accounting software is a plus.

The company offers a competitive salary, 22 days (+ Bank holidays) leave increasing by 1 day each year to max 25, discretionary bonus 5%, hybrid working, employee assistance program, and pension.
