Job Description:

As a Strategic Financial Business Development Lead, you will partner with BSI's support functions to drive strategic goals, operational efficiency, and cost control.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will own the financial performance of multiple functional areas, providing insightful analysis and reporting to senior leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic financial guidance and support
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Deliver timely and accurate management reporting.
    • Lead functional reviews and present performance insights to senior leadership.
    • Analyze and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Forecasting and Planning:
    • Develop and manage financial plans and forecasts for relevant functions.
    • Ensure accuracy and robustness of financial models.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Support the development of long-range strategic plans (3-5 years).

You will be working on driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations while maintaining high-quality financial services delivery. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategy implementation.

The ideal candidate should possess a qualified accountant certification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience. Additionally, they should have extensive FP&A experience, including reporting, forecasting, planning, and KPI development.
