Job Description

A comprehensive pension advice role is available in our Sheffield contact centre, providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals with their pension queries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in resolving queries, and demonstrate a high attention to detail. Previous experience in pensions or contact centre environments is not required, as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will work Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:00, with a 50% monthly split of hybrid working. They will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, updating personal information, processing requests, and providing accurate information from knowledge/customer databases.

Requirements
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with direct contact via telephone.
  • Active listening and good communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
