Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the maintenance team with planned and reactive building maintenance. This includes providing non-technical support to the site team and daywork team, handling daily reactive help desk tasks, and performing routine fabric maintenance to meet service level agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the site team and daywork team with daily tasks.
  • Perform routine fabric maintenance to meet service level agreements.
  • Address and complete all reactive tasks logged to meet expectations.
  • Undertake painting, decorating, and DIY tasks to maintain an attractive environment.
  • Assist the engineering team with planned and reactive engineering activities.
  • Complete paperwork for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works promptly.
  • Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for safe working practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive maintenance records where applicable.

Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Packages Offered:
  • Salary: up to £26,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 17.00.
