Job Overview:
Cobb & Jones Careers is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing critical financial support to our clients, including internal reporting, revenue analysis, and budgeting.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to drive business performance, preparing timely and accurate monthly management accounts, and developing budgets and forecasts. They will also be responsible for promoting financial understanding and controls across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for senior leadership
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with division heads to drive business performance
• Promote financial best practices across the organization
• Own and manage the fixed asset register


Requirements:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or close to completion)
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
