Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to fill the position of Child Development Coordinator. This role involves supporting children's development in a fun and engaging environment.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the supervision of children during breakfast and after-school club activities
  • Help with the preparation and serving of healthy meals or snacks
  • Organize and lead fun, age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and sports
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Support children with any individual needs and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise children during breakfast and after-school club activities
  2. Prepare and serve healthy meals or snacks
  3. Organize and lead fun activities such as games, crafts, and sports
  4. Ensure the safety and well-being of children
  5. Support children with individual needs and create a positive atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or childcare setting
  • A passion for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including mornings and afternoons

Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £11-13 per hour, plus additional benefits.
