Child Development Specialist Full Part Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Term Time Teachers. The successful candidate will have experience working with Early Years children, hold a Level 3 or higher in Early Years, and be confident with the EYFS.
Key Responsibilities:
- To guide children through their transition into school life, focusing on nature-based learning and child-led exploration
- To work collaboratively with the team to create a nurturing environment where each child's individuality is celebrated
- To be available to work part-time shifts including 5 days a week - 12pm-17:30 and 3-5 days a week - 9am-16:00
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
