Job Description

We require a qualified practitioner with Level 2/3 and at least 2 years of experience to care for children between 20 months and 5 years.

  • Key responsibilities include being a key person to a small group of children, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate will plan and prioritize fun learning activities aligned with next steps and developmental goals of individual children.

The role also involves caring for children in a small preschool environment with a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging them to achieve their full potential indoors and outdoors.

Additionally, the successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check, medical clearance as set by Ofsted, and provide a minimum of 2 references.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
