Learning Enrichment Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and empathetic individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a member of our team, you will work closely with a pupil in Year 3 who requires additional support due to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
About the Role:The successful candidate will work with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement.
Responsibilities:- Provide emotional support and guidance to the pupil.
- Assist with planning and implementing lessons that meet the pupil's needs.
- A good understanding of child development and SEN.
- An ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.

This is a term-time only position on an annual fixed-term contract, linked to funding allocated to the pupil. The contract may be extended if the candidate successfully completes their probation.
