As a Personal Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting adults with Downs Syndrome and Autism to develop essential life skills and build meaningful relationships.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to earn a salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum (pro rata) and enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and up to 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).

Duties:
  • Coordinating and facilitating group activities, promoting social interaction and skill development.
  • Supporting individuals to access education, employment, and leisure activities.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive service delivery.
