This role involves conducting candidate research and resourcing within our Freight & Logistics recruitment division. As a Recruitment Team Member, you will work closely with the recruitment consultants to provide exceptional service to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and sourcing suitable candidates, creating and publishing adverts, and managing our CRM system.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates.
  • Arrange online calls and meetings with candidates to discuss their career goals.
  • Assist in creating and publishing adverts on various platforms.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience with CRM systems and ability to learn quickly.
  • Be proficient in using email and Microsoft Office applications.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure and benefits package that includes hybrid working and flexible hours.
