Engineering Degree Apprenticeship

We design, build and service the world's most vital technologies at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Rolls-Royce Engineering Professional, you'll work with some of the world's greatest engineering minds on exciting projects.

The programme includes workshop-based manufacturing training at our Apprentice Academy in Derby and classroom-based learning for your degree with the University of Derby.

You'll work alongside expert engineering professionals with on-and-off the-job training and outstanding opportunities to progress.

What you'll need:
  • Five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above including English Language, Maths and Science (triple, double award, Physics or Chemistry).
  • An Engineering based Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma which must include Merit in Further Engineering Mathematics or Further Mathematics for Construction.
You'll need to be a quick thinker and problem solver, as well as genuinely enthusiastic about developing a career in engineering.
