Rolls-Royce Management Professional

We are seeking a talented and experienced Management Professional to join our Rolls-Royce Submarines team as a Project Manager Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex submarine projects on time and within budget. Your main goal will be to ensure that overall project outputs are met, and you will do this by supporting project teams in their daily work.
You will also be involved in the preparation of project submissions for forecasting and budgeting purposes, as well as providing input into project/contract reviews and producing reports/review packs.
In addition to these tasks, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating Risk and Opportunity assessment activities, and for supporting project teams with processes, governance, and maintenance of project data. You will also be expected to develop and implement Project Management best practices effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Project Management, Business, Management, Economics, or a STEM-related subject, and a project management professional qualification is essential. We value open-minded, collaborative, and creative problem solvers who have a desire to learn and develop.
