As an Engineering Degree Apprentice at Rolls-Royce plc, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to designing, building, and servicing critical technologies that power industries where safety and reliability are paramount.

Your journey will begin with a foundational course in engineering principles, followed by hands-on experience at our Apprentice Academy and academic studies with the University of Derby.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen enthusiasm for engineering, and a strong work ethic. Relevant qualifications include five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English Language, Maths, and Science, as well as an Engineering-based Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma with a Merit in Further Engineering Mathematics or Further Mathematics for Construction.

Upon joining our team, you can look forward to a competitive starting salary of £20,735 per annum, annual pay rises, 33 days' holiday per year, a comprehensive pension scheme, and other benefits available through our Total Reward portal.
