**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced French speaking Sales Manager to lead the implementation of our sales strategy across numerous distribution outlets in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across Europe.
  • Train and manage sales teams at various outlets to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Pitch and present our products to new and existing clients in the region, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Participate in company exhibitions and trade shows to demonstrate our product ranges to customers.
  • Prepare and present intelligence reports to the Directors, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.

**Requirements**

  • Fluent French speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally, German and/or Dutch language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a strong background in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the HVAC sector.
  • Demonstrable success in previous sales roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Long-term commitment to the role, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our company.
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams effectively.
