About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in the South East Region, covering our developments in Surrey and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales in your area through successful management and motivation of your team.
  • Conduct regular site visits to meet with Sales Executives, monitor their performance, and address any issues.
  • Keep Sales Executives up to date on performance and company standards, and arrange/deliver any training sessions required.
  • Develop the sales strategy for each site, including price recommendations, and liaise with internal contacts during this process.
  • Attend regular progress meetings with the Marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies.
  • Manage the sales process from recruitment and induction of new Sales Executives, through to probation review and their growth within the company.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience within Sales, preferably in a new homes, estate agency environment, or a medium-sized housebuilder.
  • Understanding of our market and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, on your own initiative, to obtain sales results and meet targets.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and travel regularly across your area.
