International Sales Leader

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly experienced French speaking Sales Manager to lead the implementation of our sales strategy across numerous distribution outlets in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling manufacturing products, ideally in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across Europe.
- Train and manage sales teams at various outlets to ensure effective sales execution.
- Pitch and present our products to new and existing clients in the region, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Participate in company exhibitions and trade shows to demonstrate our product ranges to customers.
- Prepare and present intelligence reports to our Directors, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
**Requirements**
- Fluent French speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideal candidate will also have German and/or Dutch language skills.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of success in selling manufacturing products.
- Demonstrable success in previous sales roles, with a focus on driving business growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Long-term commitment to the role, with a willingness to travel extensively across Europe and commute to our office in West Byfleet.
**What We Offer**
