About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process for our new build developments in the South East Region.

Your primary objective will be to maximize sales in your area through effective management and motivation of your sales team. You will achieve this by conducting regular site visits to meet with your sales executives, monitor their performance, and address any issues that may arise.

You will work closely with our Regional Sales & Marketing Director to ensure that your sales team is up-to-date on performance and company standards. You will also be responsible for arranging and delivering training sessions as required.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing the sales strategy for each site, including price recommendations. You will liaise with a wide range of internal contacts during this process and attend regular progress meetings with the marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the Welcome Centre, Office, and Show Apartments
  • Recruitment, induction, and training of new sales executives
  • Conducting local research, competition research, and pricing exercises
  • Attending and participating in promotional presentations and events
  • Monitoring the interest shown in developments
  • Site presentation and operation, including IT systems, Health and Safety, Sales Materials
  • Management of sales standards onsite, including review of the 'Mystery Shopper' reports

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 5.00pm on Friday. Some weekend work may be required, dependent on demands.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a background in new build, construction, or property development. You will have previous managerial experience within sales, preferably in a new homes, estate agency environment, or a medium-sized housebuilder.

You will be comfortable working under pressure on your own initiative to obtain sales results and meet targets. You will also have a high level of computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing your team and inspiring success. You will have a proactive approach to sales and marketing and a determination to succeed. You will be happy working independently and travelling regularly across your area.
