The successful candidate will have a strong background in planned or reactive maintenance, asset management, or a related field. A UK driving licence and ownership of a vehicle are also essential requirements for this role.

Job Description
This role involves working closely with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication, community engagement, and conflict resolution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance resident satisfaction, improve service delivery, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, local authorities, and other stakeholders
• Coordinating community events, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gauge resident sentiment and inform service improvements
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve resident concerns, complaints, and issues

Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong educational background in a relevant field (e.g., property management, estate management, social sciences)
Proven experience in planned or reactive maintenance, asset management, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
A UK driving licence and ownership of a vehicle
