Property Maintenance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Niyaa People. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating property maintenance inspections, liaising with tenants, and providing technical guidance on building matters.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate property maintenance inspections to ensure the Council's housing stock is well-maintained.
  • Liaise with tenants and residents to provide an effective and appropriate service.
  • Provide technical guidance on building matters, including damp and mould issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the social housing sector and supervising building maintenance works. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to deliver high levels of customer care.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £50,000 and £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Niyaa People offers a competitive salary package and opportunities for career development.
