Job Description:

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in revitalising homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces. You will work closely with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resident liaison or community engagement, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance or asset management. A UK driving licence and own car are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders
  • Coordinate communication between residents, contractors, and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents and local community groups
