HR Business Partner

We are partnering with a well-established business to find a credible and experienced HR Generalist for a brand new critical role. As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with Senior Managers to advise, support, and lead on all HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance, engagement, policy, and process, training, and projects.
The Role:- Lead the recruitment of all roles in the business, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to drive business growth and success.
- Provide day-to-day advice to line managers on all employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate responses to disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Review and develop innovative employee engagement activities to boost morale and motivation.
- Drive and implement the company employment survey, collating all results to inform business decisions.
- Manage the appraisal process, ensuring accurate and timely feedback.
- Source and organize training, utilizing the apprenticeship levy to develop the skills of the workforce.
- Ensure all key HR metrics are up-to-date, providing valuable insights to inform business strategy.
- Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to build a performance-driven culture, driving business success.
- Support on wider HR projects, ensuring seamless delivery and implementation.
- A generalist candidate with at least 3 years' experience as an advisor, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing employee relations caseload, with a strong understanding of employment law.
- A proven background in HR, providing advice and support to line managers and employees.
- Good employment law knowledge, with the ability to apply it in a practical and effective way.
