About the Role

We are partnering with a well-established business to find a skilled HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with Senior Managers to provide strategic HR guidance and support across various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Leadership: Lead the recruitment process for all roles within the business, ensuring a robust and efficient approach.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to drive business growth and success.
  • Employee Relations: Provide day-to-day advice to line managers on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Disciplinary and Grievance Matters: Coordinate responses to disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You
  • Generalist Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR advisor, with a proven track record of providing strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Employee Relations Experience: Experience managing employee relations caseloads, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • HR Knowledge: A proven background in HR, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Education: Good employment law knowledge, ideally CIPD level 5 or above.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft packages, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
