About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Regulation Business Partner to join our team at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership. As a key member of our Governance & Regulation directorate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a customer-centric governance framework and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Align governance practices with customer needs, promoting transparency and raising awareness with colleagues on governance expectations.
  2. Deliver governance support to the Board & Committees, including supporting non-executive director recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  3. Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of ethical behaviour and continuous improvement.
