We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Governance Officer to join our team at TEC Partnership. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing dedicated cyber security support to all staff and students who use our IT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain cyber security best practices across all systems, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
- Provide expert advice on cyber security principles and best practices to staff and students, promoting a culture of security awareness within the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security of our IT systems and services, including firewalls, Windows Active Directory, and cloud-based and local network services.
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and other associated IT legislations.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
