In this role, you will be responsible for providing dedicated cyber security support to all staff and students who use our IT systems and services. Your expertise will ensure that cyber security best practices are reviewed, implemented, and maintained across all systems.

About the Role
  • Significant knowledge of Cyber Security principles and best practices.
  • Experience with security appliances, including firewalls, and knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based and local network services and infrastructure.
  • Significant experience using a range of cyber security vulnerability and assessment tools.
  • Experience with mobile device and application management solutions, including Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience working on large networks and disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Experience of project management and working to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of data protection and other associated IT legislations.
  • Cyber Security related certifications / accreditation.
