About the Role
Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is seeking a Governance and Regulation Business Partner to join their high-performing team. As a key member of the Governance & Regulation directorate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a customer-centric governance framework and ensuring regulatory compliance at LHP.

Key Responsibilities
Align governance practices with customer needs, promote transparency, and raise awareness with colleagues on governance expectations to foster a culture of ethical behaviour and continuous improvement. Deliver governance support to the Board & Committees, support non-executive director recruitment, onboarding, and ensure ongoing development. Work in a flexible environment, with the ability to work from home or in one of their offices, with in-person visibility in the Lincolnshire offices approximately once a week.

Requirements
You must be customer-focused, with excellent organisational and project management skills. Experience of governance and regulatory environments is essential, as is the ability to influence, build, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to take high-quality minutes and write Board-level reports, are also required. A good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 is necessary, as is a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
