About the Role
Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is seeking a highly skilled Governance and Regulation Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Governance & Regulation directorate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that LHP adheres to its governing documents and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure LHP's compliance with governing documents and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective governance practices, managing change and ensuring organisational compliance.
- Work with a diverse range of contacts, conducting work of a confidential nature.
- Influence, build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and revise policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective governance.

Requirements
- Experience in a governance role within the housing sector or a related field.

- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing social landlords, including relevant legal and regulatory statutory requirements.
