**Job Title:** Academic Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Support Worker to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Academic Support Worker, you will be working in a SEMH School catering for pupils with complex needs.

The role involves supporting teachers and fellow support workers on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with pupils. This may involve assisting with lesson planning, preparing resources, and providing individualized support to students.

This is a full-time position, operating between 8:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday. We prefer candidates who can commit to a full-time schedule.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Possess a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Have relevant experience working with children or young adults with complex needs
  • Hold a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
