Sales Finance Director

The Solution Automotive is looking for a Sales Finance Director to lead our commercial operations in the Rochdale Area, working alternate weekends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include managing finance solutions and add-on products to maximise sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of finance products available.
Key Objectives
- Sell finance solutions efficiently and profitably to contribute to the dealership's success
- Identify customer needs using effective questioning and listening techniques
- Present features and benefits of different finance products to customers
- Maintain effective relationships with finance company representatives
Requirements
- A strong background in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of finance products and services
Salary and Benefits
